1. Description of Goods
We aim to provide a full, accurate and truthful description of all products on this website. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving a proper description of the goods. Sometimes, we may need to use an alternative image(s) in order to describe a product because official image(s) are not available. We will always try to gain an image of a similar product and make you aware of this throughout the written product description.
1.1 Universal Products
All "Universal Products" are sold on the basis that they may need to be modified to fit. The phrase "Universal Products" means that the goods may need to be modified to fit your car. The term "Universal Products" bares no relation to "Universal City Studios" and are not licensed or endorsed by "Universal City Studios".
2. Payment & Price
The total price for the goods will be stipulated at the time of purchase, we are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take into account any increase in our suppliers’ prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to any error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel an order. All prices on our website include VAT at 17.5% unless otherwise stated. If you live outside of UK mainland then please request a shipping quote at the checkout process screens. Sometimes, depending upon the product(s) ordered shipping fees may be waived as a gesture of goodwill.
3. Typographical Errors
In the event of a product being listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your Paypal account has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund to your Paypal account for the full value of the incorrect price.
4. Payment Methods
We only accept PayPal payments. The reason behind this is that it is fast and safe for both parties. All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason your paypal account will be refunded the full amount. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
5. Returns
All return item must be in original box and not be used. Our customer service personnel will inspect the returned merchandise before refund or exchange.
Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Items that have been damaged by abused or misused will be return shipped at the buyer's expense.
All items returned must be in "Like New" condition with no cosmetic or technical damage. Buyers will always be responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of reason for return.
